Kashmiri chili is known for a deep red colour and a very mild heat. This powder was chosen to give food visual presence and gentle chili flavour without a real burn.

A safe choice for Indian cooking, tandoori chicken and curries of every kind. It colours a dish a clean red and leaves room for the other spices. It is just as useful in marinades and stews when the point is the colour.
