Carolina Reaper

Carolina Reaper is, without argument, one of the hottest chilies in the world. As a Finferno product this powder is packed to deliver a raw and unforgiving burn. There is light fruit and sweetness in the first taste, and it disappears within seconds under an intense heat that lasts.

This is not a beginner's powder, and it should be handled and used sparingly. It is for people who want their own sauces, stews or marinades taken to the limit. A pinch is enough to change a whole meal.

Ingredients: Dried, ground Carolina Reaper chili (100%).
